Models via FutuGen: OpenAI, Anthropic and Google through FutuGen's company accounts – no need to open your own accounts with providers. Optionally bring your own keys (BYOK).
Payment by card or SEPA; Business, Enterprise and Custom also by bank transfer on invoice. Czech invoices with company ID and VAT ID, also in ISDOC format.

The hosted instance runs in the EU: Google Cloud, region europe-west3 (Frankfurt). Data, backups and logs stay in the instance's region.

Shared or dedicated instance

Start runs on a shared instance; Business, Enterprise and Custom on a dedicated instance for your company only.

Personal data de-identification

Gateway de-identifies personal data before anything is sent to external models. Request content is not written to logs.

On-premise too

Gateway can also run on-premise at your site.

FAQ

What data gets anonymised?

Personal data (names, national IDs, contacts, addresses, account numbers) and other sensitive data according to rules you set – e.g. client names or internal codes.

Do we have to ban ChatGPT?

No. Employees keep using AI – just through Gateway, which guards data and budgets and keeps a record. They work in the chat at chat.futugen.com.

How long does deployment take?

A pilot usually starts within days. Full rollout depends on users and integrations – we'll specify it in a consultation.

Does it work with Microsoft 365 / Copilot?

Gateway can run alongside Microsoft 365. We'll discuss the exact integration with your environment and Copilot during the pilot.

How much does it cost?

Start has no monthly fee (prepaid credit, pay as you go) and you get CZK 100 to try it out after sign-up. Business is CZK 4,900, Enterprise CZK 14,900 and Custom CZK 39,900 per month excl. VAT. AI models are paid separately by usage. A pilot with our help is free for 7 days.

Where is our data stored?

The hosted instance runs in the EU, on Google Cloud in region europe-west3 (Frankfurt). Data, backups and logs stay in that region. Gateway can also run on-premise.
