You can start free: after sign-up you get CZK 100 to try it out, then you pay only for actual usage from prepaid credit in CZK – no monthly fee. Larger teams can choose plans with their own (dedicated) instance from CZK 4,900 per month excl. VAT. Invoices are Czech, with company ID and VAT ID.

    FAQ

    Do we need our own server?

    No. The hosted instance runs in the EU (Frankfurt). If you require it, Gateway can also run on-premise and route sensitive requests to a local model.

    Can AI answer over our documents?

    Yes, Gateway can answer over your internal documents. We'll specify which of your sources to connect during a pilot.

    What if an employee pastes a price list or a quote into the chat?

    Your rules decide: the request can go only to an approved model or a local model, personal data is de-identified and the request appears in the audit log.

    How much does it cost?

    The Start plan has no monthly fee – after sign-up you get CZK 100 to try it out, then you pay from prepaid credit only for usage. Plans with a dedicated instance start at CZK 4,900 per month excl. VAT.
