    Rules for health data

    Data-class rules can exclude health data from external models entirely and route it only to a local model. Gateway de-identifies personal data before anything goes to an external model, and the audit log shows who used which model and when. The hosted instance runs in the EU (Frankfurt) and can also run on-premise.

    Gateway is not a medical device and does not replace a physician's decisions. For hospitals we offer a separate solution, MedBrain.app.

    Costs under control

    Set budgets for reception, management and physicians. You can start free: after sign-up you get CZK 100 to try it out, then you pay only for actual usage from prepaid credit in CZK – no monthly fee. Larger teams can choose plans with their own (dedicated) instance from CZK 4,900 per month excl. VAT. Invoices are Czech, with company ID and VAT ID.

    FAQ

    May we put health data into AI?

    Health data is a special category of personal data. We recommend not sending it to external models at all – Gateway can enforce that with rules and route such requests only to a local model. Assessing the specific processing is up to you and your DPO.

    What is the difference between Gateway and MedBrain.app?

    Gateway is a safe entry point to AI models for the whole organisation. MedBrain.app is an AI layer on top of the hospital information system, built for hospitals.

    Where does data run?

    The hosted instance runs on Google Cloud in region europe-west3 (Frankfurt). Data, backups and logs stay in the instance's region. Gateway can also run on-premise.

    How much does it cost?

    The Start plan has no monthly fee; after sign-up you get CZK 100 to try it out, then you pay from prepaid credit only for usage. Plans with a dedicated instance start at CZK 4,900 per month excl. VAT.
