    Confidentiality and client data

    Before anything goes to an external model, Gateway replaces party names, national ID numbers, addresses or account numbers with placeholders. Data-class rules can restrict client files to a local model or to models processing data in the EU. The audit log helps show who used which model and when.

    AI output always needs review – the lawyer, not the model, is responsible for the content.

    Costs under control

    Set budgets for the firm, teams and individual lawyers and trainees. You can start free: after sign-up you get CZK 100 to try it out, then you pay only for actual usage from prepaid credit in CZK – no monthly fee. Larger teams can choose plans with their own (dedicated) instance from CZK 4,900 per month excl. VAT. Invoices are Czech, with company ID and VAT ID.

    Is using AI compatible with attorney confidentiality?

    It depends on what data goes where. Gateway helps limit the risk with personal data de-identification, data rules and an audit log. The final assessment and internal rules are up to your firm.

    Can we use our own contract templates?

    Yes. Gateway can answer over your internal documents, so AI can work from your templates. We'll specify the integration during a pilot.

    What does it cost for a smaller firm?

    The Start plan has no monthly fee and includes 5 users; after sign-up you get CZK 100 to try it out, then you pay from prepaid credit only for usage.

    Where is the data stored?

    The hosted instance runs in the EU, on Google Cloud in Frankfurt (europe-west3). Gateway can also run on-premise.
